3 DAY TOUR DELPHI AND METEOR
DEPARTING FROM ATHENS

Day 1: Exploring Delphi - The Navel of the Earth

Our journey begins in Athens, taking us through the beautiful cities of Thebes, Levadia and Arachova. We finally reach Delphi, nicknamed the Navel of the Earth in ancient times. In Delphi, we immerse ourselves in ancient history by visiting the famous Temple of Apollo, the Ancient Theater where the echoes of past performances still resonate, the Stadium where athletic competitions once took place, the Treasury of the Athenians and the Archaeological Museum which houses treasures from Antiquity. In the afternoon, you are free to explore the modern village of Delphi imbued with charm and authenticity, and relax in this peaceful atmosphere.
Dinner and night in Delphi, where history and serenity will envelop you.

Day 2: Kalambaka - Meteora

The morning is free to allow you to fully enjoy your stay in Delphi. Then we leave this land full of mystery and grandeur to cross central Greece passing through Lamia until reaching Kalambaka, a charming town nestled at the foot of the Meteora rock complex.
Dinner and overnight in Kalambaka, where you can soak up the unique atmosphere of this fascinating region.

Day 3: Exploration of Meteora and Return to Athens

In the morning, we marvel at the Meteora Byzantine monasteries perched atop enormous granite boulders that seem to defy gravity. This tour offers a unique perspective on spirituality and human ingenuity. Then, we resume our route to Athens via Trikala, Lamia and Thermopylae with a stop to admire the Monument of Leonidas recalling the legendary courage of the Spartans. We end our trip arriving in Athens in the early evening enriched by the wonders we discovered during our exploration of the heart of Greece.
